Where to connect
- 1Sign in at app.carrier.llc
- 2Open Onboarding (or Settings → Connect OCS if you already finished setup)
- 3Complete the Connect step using one of the paths below
Managed mode (recommended)
No token
Carrier provisions a dedicated OCS sub-account under the Carrier reseller. You never paste a wholesale token. Usage is billed through your Carrier wallet. Choose Start managed account on the Connect step of onboarding.
BYO API token
BYO
Paste your eSIMVault reseller API token. Carrier encrypts it (AES-256-GCM) and uses it only for your org's tool calls. See How to get your OCS API token.
Portal login
Assisted
Enter your OCS portal email and password. A one-shot secure browser agent signs in, opens API Settings, and extracts the key. The password is used once and never stored.
After you connect
- Finish remaining onboarding steps (org details, first eSIM if offered).
- MCP and the REST API use the same org credentials — no second token setup for Managed mode.
- Stuck? Email support@carrier.llc or resume onboarding anytime; progress is saved.
