What counts as an API call?
Each MCP tool invocation counts as one API call. Batch operations that trigger multiple OCS requests count as one call from the Carrier quota perspective.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — 7-day free trial. A credit card is required to start your trial to prevent abuse, and you can cancel anytime. There is no minimum deposit required to go live.
Is there a minimum deposit to go live on Pro?
No. There is no minimum deposit to go live on Pro. You can start provisioning right away and fund your prepaid wallet with starter packs starting at €25, or top up as your usage grows.
What networks are in the sandbox?
The free sandbox includes three MNO test environments provided by eSIMVault. Real subscriber operations require Pro or Enterprise.
Enterprise: what does white-label mean?
You can expose the Carrier MCP under your own domain and branding. Your customers see your product, not Carrier. Requires a separate agreement.
